Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit spaces, public areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor visitor, staff, and vendor activity at access points and within the location, offering directions and addressing questions while following post orders and visitor management practices; Support the protection of artwork, exhibits, and facility property by observing surroundings, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and assisting with crowd flow during events and high-traffic periods
