Primary responsibility is addressing all staff and craft recruiting needs across the United States supporting our maintenance and turnaround sites. Interacts with site leadership and operations management to ensure coordination of HR activities, adherence to policies and procedures as well as insuring sound HR practice within the various regions, states, and provinces.
The Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will work collaboratively with the HR Department and Operations Management. This position is Houston based and is expected to be hybrid.
Selected candidates must be able to complete primarily sedentary physical abilities, featuring prolonged sitting (often >50% of the day) and extensive computer use. Key requirements include repetitive hand/finger motion for typing, close-up vision for screen work. The following physical functions may be required including but not limited to sitting, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
