This engagement supports strategic enhancements including OCR for AP and FP&A tooling.Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve business process failures and integration issues across Workday Financials.Design, create, and maintain advanced, matrix, and composite reports, including coordination and scheduling of report groups.Manage Workday Financials modules such as Expenses, Banking and Settlement, Cash Management, Procurement, Contracts, Projects, Supplier Accounts, and Accounting.Serve as a consultative partner to Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, HR, and Payroll.Collaborate with the Workday Financials Senior Manager on project requirements and deliverables.Align business requirements, processes, security groups and roles, and integration designs with Finance functions.Gather business and security requirements, perform system design and configuration, map and validate data conversion, create test plans, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support.Develop and maintain Finance training materials and deliver training sessions in person or online.Create user testing scripts, participate in testing for releases and updates, and support users through system changes.Maintain the confidentiality and security of all accessed data.Support future needs in Workday Financials, including implementations and enhancements for Ascend (OCR for AP) and Adaptive (FP&A).Contribute to additional projects as assigned.Experience RequirementsProven Workday Financials experience with strong expertise in reporting, integrations, and module management.Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and HR business processes.Hands‑on experience with system configuration, data conversion, testing, and end‑user support.Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and operate as a consultative partner.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security.Experience with Ascend (OCR for AP) and Adaptive (FP&A) implementations or enhancements (preferred).Experience developing complex Workday reports and advanced integrations (preferred).Experience implementing enterprise‑level Sourcing/Contract Lifecycle Management applications (preferred).Equal Employment OpportunityEliassen is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team from a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
