Responsible for supporting Directors/ Sr Managers, Managers, Project Managers and/or departmental peers by performing project cost control. This position owns a series of key complex processes and plays a key role in project, project portfolio, and process improvement initiatives. Works with project team to resolve issues related to cost as they arise. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs analysis, creates estimates, and delivers accurate forecasts related to projects in all stages of development or execution for Capital Projects. Creates and maintains financial and business models. Compiles performance information related to project cost and prepares reports. Provides analytical expertise to support project and portfolio management. Builds and maintains cost models and performs numerical analysis based on different scenarios for projects or portfolios of projects as requested from management.
