What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong
- High School education
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Simple math skills. Able to pass the aptitude test
- Able to effectively communicate with the team and the supervisor
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, and weekends
- Has a desire to help others and looks for opportunities to help others
- Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented
On the Floor, Every Shift
Each day, you'll be checking, testing, and keeping production on pace. You'll work side by side with your team to spot and solve problems, track inspection results, and keep your space safe and clean. When you're on shift, things get done right.
