About the job Call Center Agent - Fully Remote Call Center Agent - Fully Remote/ work from home.The role and company:Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents, to work remotely and give a first-class customer experience for their client, providing telephone, email and webchatassistance. Please Note, this is a W2 contract role and candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in a Call Centers, to be considered.Experience and role requirements for the Call Center Agent position are:Proven experience with a minimum 3+ years in Call centers, with good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats.A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems (paid, full training given).Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial), paying $19 per hour (no PTO).Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.Experience working in financial (Banking, Insurance etc, will be nice to have, but not essential.Shifts - Must be able to work various client shift patterns, up to 40 Hours per week, with some clients requiring a Saturday shift.Must be based within The U.S.A.
