Join our team today!What We Offer* Base pay + unlimited commission potential* Average first year earning potential: $40,000* Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance* Paid Time Off* 401(k) with company match* All inbound sales leads - NO COLD CALLING!* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmWhat You'll Do* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads* Recommend and sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves* Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals* Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction* Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues* All other duties as assignedWho We're Looking For* High school diploma or equivalent* A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred* Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)* Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities* Exceptional organization and time management skills* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities* Basic computer and keyboarding skills* Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screenThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Baton Rouge, LA.
