Job Details

Develops and implements a system to collect and maintain organizational partner relationships. Works as a liaison between the Bureau of Community Partnerships and Health Equity (BCPHE) Director, Program Manager, and LDH offices to improve communications for those that are non-English proficient. Develops strategic plans to address various identified barriers to equitable health outcomes. Works to become a subject matter expert on population health, equity, and its intersection with state health systems. Supports the collection, review, analysis, and report development on state health equity and community partnership activities. Supports external efforts to ensure the departments health equity lens focus is addressed within all policies, programs, and funding decisions within LDH.
