We're hiring Respiratory Therapists and Certified Pulmonary Function Testing Technicians to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in the Baton Rouge, LA cities.

The Role

What You'll Do

• Perform pre/post simple spirometry testing with a handheld device
• Prepare and coach patients through testing to ensure comfort and accuracy
• Accurately grade each effort and upload results remotely for physician review
• Monitor patient safety during procedures
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety protocols
• Represent Crosswalk Health professionally at each clinic site

Qualifications

• Must have experience performing bedside or complete PFTs and understanding possible side effects of albuterol administration
• Proficiency in respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and terminology
• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally (within a 45 minute radius)
• Not required but desired bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Available two to five days per week

The pay range for this role is:

1,200.00 - 1,500.00 USD per week (Baton Rouge, LA)
