A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Triage Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with AHCCCS Incident, Accident, and Death (IAD) Portals and support Behavioral Health Quality of Care Clinical Analysis staffInterface with external behavioral health provider offices for compliance and education on IAD portal requirementsManage administrative functions related to Quality of Care investigations and collaborate with internal teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social WorkAt least 2 years of Arizona behavioral health experience, including work with providers or health plans and AHCCCSExperience with the AHCCCS IAD Portal and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work full-time, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
