Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance to turn units and respond to daily work orders.; Perform monthly preventative maintenance to all units.; Coordinate with property manager to ensure timely vendor services.; Verify room readiness and availability to rent out.; Keep maintenance shop and areas OSHA compliant.
