- Experience: 10+ years in Java development and full stack application development, with at least 5 years in project management within the banking and financial services sector.
- Project Management Experience: 5+ years in project management with a focus on IT/software development, including experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java Spring Framework, React JS, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Microservices architecture, Agile Scrum, JIRA, and knowledge of financial software systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
