Full-Time Storeroom Clerk/Driver

We are looking to add a skilled Full-Time Storeroom Clerk/Driver to join our Cura Hospitality team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Storeroom Clerk/Driver with Cura Hospitality, you will coordinate and properly account for incoming and outgoing deliveries of inventory and goods. You will also have the opportunity to transport a variety of goods to various locations each day.

Properly track incoming and outgoing shipments. Sometimes drives company vehicles to make deliveries. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Transporting materials to and from assigned destinations in a safe and effective manner, complying with all DOT rules and regulations alongside state and city traffic laws. Complete thorough inspections of any utilized company equipment, before and after each trip. Keeping open communication with dispatch to ensure notification of any issues or delays on the route.

Must-haves: A valid state driver's license for commercial vehicles and a medical card from an approved DOT medical examiner. Detail oriented. Have excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more An acceptable driving record and excellent customer service skills. Nice-to-haves: At least one year of experience preferred. At least one years' experience driving commercially.
