Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support daily operations at a financial services location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with staff, guests, and/or first responders when needed.
