Dungarvin - - Responsibilities: Ensure residential homes, grounds, and property are well maintained and in good repair at all times; Participate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planning; Assist in the coordination of the maintenance and repair of Dungarvin's fleet of vehicles; Coordinate and secure external vendors for skilled maintenance repairs; Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and maintained for all repairs
