Restoration Technician

Providing excellent customer experiences in carpet and hard surface floor cleaning, water restoration, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities include:

• Effective carpet and hard surface floor cleaning
• Performing all restoration services the company offers
• Communicating effectively with customers
• Performing basic equipment maintenance
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspecting completed work
• Completing the technician's daily log
• Completing work orders
• Completing appropriate restoration documentation
• Maintaining appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintaining inventory of related supplies

Qualifications include:

• Experience using truck mounted floor cleaning equipment preferred
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Adequate math skills
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
• Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc. a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
