Commission-Based OPPORTUNITY!
What Youll Do Reach out to business owners & HR managers (B2B)
Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present quotes (we provide them!)
Close new group accounts & build lifetime residual income
Experienced producers can step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles leading teams & territories
Commission: 30% on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets!)
Bonuses: $1K-$10K monthly based on performance
Earning Potential (OTE): Ramp (36 months): $6K-$10K/month
Year 1: $90K-$150K
Year 2+: six-figure residuals
