AMMON Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent service in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer.
• Complete daily, monthly, and yearly financial closeouts.
• Assist customers through the loan process - from application and credit investigation to closing.
• Perform light collections with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
• Support the manager and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
