We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Full-Time Janitorial Manager / Floater / Floor Technician to oversee cleaning operations, fill in at assigned sites as needed, and perform advanced floor care services across multiple located from Port Allen to Hahnville. TWIC card required for the position.

The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures high-quality service ServiceMaster standards, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and technical floor maintenance skills. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Proven experience with floor care equipment and techniques

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to train and motivate staff

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed)
