Conduct high-volume outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments

Support clinical and billing teams with accurate administrative and clerical documentation.

Ensure smooth patient flow by efficiently managing appointments, follow-ups, and no-shows.

Accurately collect and update patient information, including insurance and billing details.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards while handling sensitive patient data.

Facilitate effective communication between departments through electronic message documentation and schedule coordination.

High school diploma with strong communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processes preferred.

Ability to quickly learn and use computerized medical office systems.

Friendly, organized, and dependable with a focus on patient-centered service.
