Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer, is hiring a CNC Machinist with both manual and CNC experience to support high-mix, precision machining operations. This role offers stable hours, consistent overtime, and long-term opportunity in a safety-focused environment.

Job Title: CNC & Manual Machinist - Industrial Manufacturing

Location: Gonzales, LA

Pay Range: $25/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Hours:

First Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

OT Schedule: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, CNC mills, VTLs, HBMs, and manual machines

• Machine bar stock, castings, and forgings to OEM specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T for precision work

• Select proper tools, speeds/feeds, and machining methods

• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

What's Needed?

• Experience with CNC and manual machining (lathes & mills)

• Proficient with G-code and FANUC controls

• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix job shop environment

• Reliable with strong attention to detail
