The Administrative Assistant will grow sales and increase company profits working with the Branch Manager to perform the below duties including but not limited to:

Reporting to the Branch Manager and performs the following duties:

• Create and place orders through P21 computer system.
• Responsible for tracking, expediating all orders.
• Ensure timely execution of purchases from Sales request.
• Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders such as, but not limited to, inside sales, vendors and Branch Manager.
• Track, file and organize vendor receipts for clear data.
• Become familiar with standard products used and research vendors for cost effectiveness, quality, terms etc.
• Respond to any issues related to invoices, product delivery or shipping.
• Receives into P21 all incoming packing lists.
• Closes and balances the cash drawer daily.
• Inventory control, helping with cycle counts.
• Help on any projects after all purchasing and receiving duties are done.
• Any other purchasing needs as designated by the Branch Manager.

• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be detail oriented to always ensure accurate data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
