Objective of the position: Under supervision of Office Manager, performs a variety of position specific receptionist and accounting functions including, but not limited to: answering phones, greeting customers, apply payments to accounting system for all division accounts receivable open invoices, research and collection of any and all invoices past 30 days, immediately communicate all past due accounts to the Controller, process all documentation related to returned checks for assigned market(s). Provide backup support for accounting department as assigned, including receptionist support.
