Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanking customers at checkout.; Assist Customers with merchandise and provide knowledgeable answers to questions.; Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure merchandise presentation meets guidelines.; Process transactions following company policies and handle MOS and cash procedures as needed.; Support loss prevention and safety practices by reporting unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
