Job Profile Summary
Position Purpose: Under general direction, the Senior Project Manager manages two or more mid sized, cross-functional projects (15+ participants and/or $500k budget). May be assigned lower level management functions to provide growth opportunity. This position is responsible for managing a variety of projects for varying operational functions, all with a clear beginning and end (date of implementation). This position does not encompass roles that are assigned a functional responsibility that occurs on a recurring or cyclical basis. The Senior Project Manager should relinquish responsibility for projects at their end (implementation date). An example of an activity that this position would not be responsible for would be the ongoing maintenance of system after it's implementation.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum five years project management experience. Demonstrated cross-functional project management experience and/or minimum five years IT systems, cross-functional project management experience. Health Care or other relevant industry experience is preferred
License/Certification: Project Management Certification required
We have a position open for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity for a Sr Cyber Security Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in a Cyber Sec PMO, ServiceNow PPM Module, PowerBI, MS Timeline, Excel and Visio. 100% Remote.

About this role:
- Corporate Cybersecurity project management office. Our purpose is to proactively lead and add value through the delivery of cybersecurity solutions. 13 current PMO team members. 1 lead BA. 1 intern. 11 senior PMs. This position will support an increased demand for cybersecurity PMO support to mature our processes under the current initiative.
- Potential contract-to-hire. Opportunity to gain experience in and work with a mature Cyber Security PMO in a Fortune 500 company. Opportunity to collaborate with very high performing and experienced project managers and technical leaders in the Cyber Security space. The team has well developed processes to support the PMO in the delivery of work. New PMs are assigned a mentor. Through on-boarding process and training. Team has dedicated team building, training, and brainstorming sessions which enhance our performance.
- Position will not typically work overtime. Must receive prior approval is this is required for the project.
- Daily schedule will typically be 8 hrs. Usually 8am-5pm but needs to flex to support the project teams/projects.
