Warehouse Worker Contractor Position

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Warehouse Worker Contractor positions in Baton Rouge, LA. Shift: MON-FRI 6:00am-2:00pm | 12:00pm-8:00pm

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $20.00 p/h

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Restack fallen products in trailers
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of appropriate handling, safety, and warehouse standards.
• Requires ability to operate a forklift, stock picker, reach truck, and pallet jack.
• Ability to perform work for a minimum of eight hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor.
