Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Application Programmer to support the development and maintenance of custom-built .NET applications. This role involves full-stack development, performance optimization, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure custom-built .NET applications
• Design, code, compile, test, debug, and document web applications
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications
• Monitor, review, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and other teams to ensure compliance with state and organizational standards
• Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including design discussions and sprint activities
• Contribute feedback on design and implementation approaches
• Support additional tasks, special projects, and technical analysis as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of full-stack development experience in any combination of:
• C#
• ASP.NET Core
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• At least 1+ year of enterprise-level software development experience
• Strong understanding of web application development and software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with:
• MVC architecture using .NET Core (2.x, 3.x, .NET 5 or higher)
• Bootstrap
• JavaScript
• SQL Server
• DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
• 1+ year of experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React
• Experience working in a collaborative development team environment
• Experience with client-facing engagements including design, delivery, deployment, and maintenance
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
