We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our team. In this administrative role, you will be responsible for daily operation, managing schedules, and preparing reports to ensure high-level productivity across the clinic and agency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Serves as front line support to the public by providing accurate information and assistance regarding programs and services.
Processes statewide correspondence, including receiving, sorting, stamping, scanning, filing, and proper disposal of mail and electronic documents.
Operates and maintains office technology, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Communicates professionally and effectively by mail, telephone, or e-mail with other members of the agency, clients, and members of the public.
Support overall office operations by assisting with additional programs and duties as assigned to maintain efficiency across the agency.
Reviews, classifies, monitors, and maintains health care records by updating patient files, filing, and identifying and correcting record errors on reports.
Collects payments from patient for services.
Receives and ensures that all referral paperwork submitted is processed.
Ensures the scheduling of all follow up visits.
Advise patients on insurance-specific guidelines and notify them of non-covered services.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational or Job Appointment.
Work Schedule: 9 hours per day Monday - Thursday, 4 hours on Friday.
Location: Capital Area Human Services District
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
