Needed Immediately: Customer Service Representative in Kennesaw, GA.
Daily business functions for a manufacturing company providing equipment and supplies to both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.

Required:

• Minimum 2 -5 years business experience - Manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Sage 100 Software experience (or other comparable)
• HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
• Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• Strong interpersonal skills - "Customer Focused"
• Strong attention to details and high organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Order entry, Quoting, RMA's, and Invoicing (print, mail, online, credit card)
• Sales Support and Record Maintenance of customer transactions
• Direct interfacing with customers/prospects by phone and email
• All aspects of A/R functions
