Join our dynamic team in the fulfillment and warehouse sector! We are looking for motivated individuals to take on a rewarding opportunity as a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations Expert. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant experience.
Forklift operating experience is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with PC-based software, data entry, and ORACLE is a plus.
Experience with RF barcode scanning is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Your responsibilities will include preparation, receipt, inspection, storage, shipment, and accurate movement of materials.
Forklift operation may be required after successful completion of OSHA/Pearson training.
You will plan and execute tasks to meet established schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate, track, and monitor the unloading and loading of shipments.
Prioritize safety in all activities and maintain a commitment to safe practices.
Follow established inventory control policies and procedures to ensure high accuracy in inventory records.
There will be opportunities to assist in training new and seasonal employees.
This role involves the ability to lift up to 65 pounds, push carts weighing up to 600 pounds, and maneuver pallets weighing up to 2,000 pounds with a pallet jack.
Frequent periods of standing, bending, twisting, and walking while carrying loads are part of the job demands.
The pay rate for this role ranges from $20-$22 per hour.
This position is not bonus eligible, and additional information on benefits offered is provided.
