Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, credential checks, and/or escort procedures in support of location protocols and daily operations; Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol activity, and/or noteworthy conditions while supporting a professional environment for staff and visitors
