Your Responsibilities as a Nursing Support Assistant

• Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Prepare and transport patients while effectively communicating their needs to the nursing staff.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, recognizing and catering to their individual needs to foster recovery.
• Celebrate and acknowledge patient achievements and milestones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification required.
