Job Description
The Vendor Engagement Specialist is essential in managing vendor onboarding, compliance, and support across various state programs. As the primary contact for suppliers, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance, tackling portal-related issues in systems like ServiceNow, Simplify, and VectorVMS. You will ensure precise processing of vendor applications, maintain proper documentation, and facilitate supplier activation and compliance activities.
This role demands collaboration with internal teams such as Accounts Payable and Account Managers to enhance payment updates, supplier record modifications, insurance compliance, and adherence to program requirements. The ideal Vendor Engagement Specialist should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is full-time and fully remote.

The pay for this position is $40,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on factors like location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a 401k retirement account.
