CommCare - 8340 Baringer-Foreman Road - Responsibilities: Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs; Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention; Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment; Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit; Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment
