CommCare - 5550 Thomas Road - Responsibilities: Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.; Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.; Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment.; Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.; Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
