Position Overview
At Covalent Logic, Account Managers play a central role in ensuring the success of both our clients and our projects. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, the Account Manager oversees the full lifecycle of multiple projects—from initial planning through final delivery—while ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
This role requires a combination of strong relationship management, project leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills. The Account Manager helps guide teams, maintain clear communication with clients, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
· Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and challenges
· Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables
· Address client questions or concerns promptly and professionally
· Ensure a positive and productive client experience throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered successfully and efficiently.
· Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines
· Develop and maintain project schedules and workflows
· Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
· Manage budgets and ensure projects remain within financial parameters
· Ensure all deliverables meet Covalent Logic's quality standards and client expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and effective collaboration across departments.
· Work closely with strategists, designers, developers, and vendors
· Assign tasks and coordinate resources based on project needs
· Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members
· Identify and resolve challenges that may impact project success
Support long-term account planning and help identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships.
· Assist in developing strategic plans for client accounts
· Forecast budgets and identify upcoming project opportunities
· Communicate progress on strategic initiatives to internal leadership
· Identify potential opportunities for additional services or campaigns
Contribute to the growth of client accounts and the overall success of the agency.
· Identify opportunities for new projects within existing client relationships
· Participate in discussions related to proposals, contracts, and scope development
· Support efforts to expand Covalent Logic's services within key accounts
Act as a proactive problem-solver to ensure projects run smoothly and client expectations are met.
· Address project challenges quickly and effectively
· Escalate issues when appropriate and coordinate solutions
· Maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach when navigating complex situations
