Warranty Administrator

Who are we looking for?

• Strong Organizational Skills (ability to maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer)
• Detail oriented (ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer)
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated career individuals
• Collaborative team players

Qualifications:

• Experience processing factory warranty claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer (Preferred)
• Experience processing data to ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
• Track record of acting as a liaison between service technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
