JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position is for a Litigation Intake Specialist for our enterprise legal and risk management team. The position will join a new Triage Tiger Team, which will manage the intake process and triage cases to the Greystar team member and/or provider that is best suited to resolve the issue.
The Litigation Intake Specialist plays a critical role by evaluating legal documents to ensure they are properly identified, triaged, and sent to the correct legal, risk or operations team members and that deadlines are tracked and met for all lines of business.
