• Compensation: $24 per hour¹

Compensation Breakdown:

• Base Pay: $18.50 per hour, which includes a $3.00 Network Fee component
• Guaranteed hourly pay for all hours worked
• Weekly Bonus Opportunities:
  • Performance-based bonuses of up to $250 each week
  • Earn a $100 bonus when you work between 36 - 44.99 hours
  • Earn a $100 bonus when you work 45+ hours
• TNPS Performance Bonus:
  • Receive a $50 Gift Card for achieving 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day without any TNPS Detractors

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers with their inquiries regarding TurboTax products and tax return software. Your role includes providing support for downloading, logging in, getting started, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. You will have ongoing support to ensure your success.

• Support will be available from an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) as your advocate.
