Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in reviewing and analyzing Title IV-E cases for compliance with relevant state and federal policies.
  • Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team, providing supervision and guidance to team members to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and offer training, direction, and feedback to ensure team alignment and performance management.
  • Ensure the team's adherence to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Monitor team performance metrics to fulfill all contractual obligations effectively.
  • Utilize critical thinking and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to address requests from DCF and PCG management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement to enhance compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in team operations.
  • Establish and uphold a comprehensive quality assurance process for all activities and reports prepared for DCF and PCG management.
  • Lead client meetings and training sessions in various settings, fostering engagement and understanding.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members to encourage collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with PCG staff across departments, promoting an environment of information sharing and support.
  • Stay updated on federal and state laws related to Title IV-E, ensuring dissemination of findings to DCF.
  • Participate in state and federal audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures and training materials relevant to team functions.

  • In-depth understanding of relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate preferred.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including staff supervision.
  • Familiarity with relevant federal entitlement programs is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary for this role at Public Consulting Group ranges from $72,100 to $99,000 based on various factors including location, skills, and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
