Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage; Effectively teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed costume standards; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service; Maintain organized training schedules, programs, and materials for new employees
