Penney - - Responsibilities: Direct the team and resolve customer issues in a professional manner to drive sales; Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in-stock information; Oversee RFID process and stock ledger updates and lead door to floor merchandise preparation; Manage pricing and signing team and the promotional price signing, as well as re-ticketing and re-packaging execution; Oversee stockroom processes, safety initiatives, facility equipment, and receiving/shipping/logistics with third party carriers
