We are looking for an experienced, professional line cook to prepare food to Mike Anderson's exact specifications and to set up stations for shift. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with their daily tasks. A great team member will play a key role in living true to our vision (noted above).

• We close at 10:00 PM Monday-Thursday
• Close at 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sundays, so no late nights!

• An awesome smile and winning attitude.
• A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.
• 1-2 yrs line cook experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays.

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and/or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
• Answer, report and follow kitchen managers instructions
• Clean up station
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members

• Proven cooking experience
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with our industry's best practices
