Looking for servers who are available to work 3-5 dinner shifts a week.

Hours of operation

Dinner: Mon-Fri 5-11pm

Occasional weekend special events

Base pay $4.25 +tips

Qualifications

2 Years server/bartender/manager in dining experience

Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service

Current on sate and local alcohol server certifications as required by law

Exceptional member and customer service skills with the ability to develop and uphold relationships with members

Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service

Ability to learn quickly established procedures, menu items, wine lists, etc

Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands

Responsibilities

Providing highly efficient and superior customer service, servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to dining guests

They are responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, fulfilling requests, and other tasks to ensure the guests have the ideal dining experience

Set assigned tables, including placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverware

Welcome guests, present menus, and dining specials, and offer suggestions based on customer preferences

Take guest orders, accurately enter tickets into system, and coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify any special requests

Strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, the table is free from dirty dishes, etc

Serve all food and beverage items per established procedures

Execute cashiering responsibilities and deliver check to guests

Assist in bussing tables when necessary

Arrive dressed in uniform
