ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect.* Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.* Manages the reservation system, greets and seats guests, sets server rotation, and controls the flow of dining areas.* Knowledgeable in the products the company serves.* Understands customer service and execution of standards is what makes this position successful for the company and the team members.* Sets and keeps restaurant workstations and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.* Ability to uphold great communication with guest, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations.* Communicates all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management.* Serves food/drink, greats and seats guests, busses, and runs food/drink, does side work, plus any other normal functions required to service our guests under normal operating conditions.* Follows the company's attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook.* Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the departmental leaders* Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party* Ensures the proper steps of service, and our guests needs, are being met.* Other duties as assigned.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
