Serve as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer within the business unit by: Mentor less experienced engineers on design practices, unit health monitoring, and troubleshooting Provide support of abnormal and non-routine operations, including unit Turnarounds Aid in the development of long term vision and strategy for product line improvements Organize and design plant testing and product trials Influence others and drive toward solutions without direct authority Work in a team environment with other engineering disciplines, operations, and mechanical personnel and interface with corporate technology support Ability to interface with 3rd party vendors (cost optimizations as well as developing/driving solutions) Lead/support incident investigations as technical lead Provide support for developing and implementing various capital projects to drive margin or mitigate SHE risk Provide assistance in the field during plant startups, shutdowns or upsets Demonstrate courage of conviction to drive ...Manufacturing Engineer, Engineer, Manufacturing, Operations, Mechanical, Support
