Are you a detail-driven litigation paralegal with a passion for the legal field? Our client, a well highly regarded and long-established firm, is seeking a skilled paralegal to join their team and play a pivotal role in complex, high-stakes cases. Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Trial Preparation: Conduct legal research and case assessments; draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents; organize case files, exhibits, and evidence; assist with discovery requests; coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Trial Support: Prepare trial binders and exhibits for courtroom presentation; assist during voir dire and jury selection; manage trial logistics and coordinate with court personnel; handle exhibits and manage transcripts.
• Post-Trial Activities: Support attorneys with post-trial motions and appeals; archive case files and trial materials; communicate with clients on outcomes and next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal with a background in trial involvement.
• Skilled in conducting legal research and adept at using legal databases.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, with proven ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, and various Trial Software.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, preferably in paralegal studies or a closely related discipline. Real world experience is a welcome substitute.
