Dentist (Part-Time / Flexible Schedule)

Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative (BRPCC) is seeking a part-time or contract Dentist to join our interdisciplinary, mission-driven care team. This role offers meaningful clinical work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in an underserved community-without sacrificing work-life balance.

This position is ideal for a new graduate, a seasoned clinician seeking flexibility, or a dentist looking to supplement an existing practice or schedule.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative primary care setting
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform preventive and restorative dental procedures
• Educate patients and families on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care
• Partner with medical and administrative teams to support whole-person care
• Help advance access to care in an inner-city, community-focused clinic

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Louisiana dental license (in good standing)
• Current malpractice insurance and CPR certification
• Ability to meet BRPCC credentialing requirements
• A patient-first mindset and passion for community health
