Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Endocrinology and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as EPIC.
