Opportunity for a Family Medicine physician near Baton Rouge, Louisiana due to continued growth to meet community needs.
Practice
- 4-day work week
- Outpatient only with 1:7 phone call, usually 3-5 calls per week
- 32 days PTO plus 5 for CME
- Guaranteed base salary, plus annual RVU-based productivity incentives and quarterly quality incentives
